Chairman of the 2020 NACLB Advisory Board and Executive Director of the NACLB.
Scott is the Executive Director of the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers. He previously served as the Business Director of Sales for an Asset Based Lending Company. He is a former commercial banking officer for Chase Bank and HSBC Bank in New York. His focus revolved around international finance, foreign currency exchange and trade and supply chain management. Scott has sat on the board of the International business Council for three years, his primary role was to host delegates from Rochester ,New York’s sister cities to promote international commerce. He received his bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Morrisville. Scott’s professional expertise includes loan structuring, SBA export financing, letters of credit, cash management; municipal financing related to bond, revenue and tax anticipation notes.

Dalton Elliott serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Lima One Capital. He joined Lima One in 2015 as an underwriter for the firm’s Rental30 product. In 2016, he was tasked with building out Broker and Lender Finance programs. He now oversees daily operations of both channels, leads onsite due diligence and training for strategic partners and is responsible for driving aggressive growth nationwide. Dalton is also a founding member of the National Private Lenders Association.
Dalton earned a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University where he served on the Academic Discipline Committee.

Stephen Ballard, Senior Business Development Coordinator, specializes in building and maintaining customer relationships, finding and expanding business partnerships, and educating potential clients on RCN Capital’s diverse product line and the problems RCN can solve.
Stephen’s mission since joining RCN has been to grow the company’s reputation in the industry. You can find him all across the country at events for real estate finance, too often in airports on layovers, not often enough on LinkedIn (although he is working on it), and almost never at his desk. No aggressive sales tactics here; you’ll experience a relaxed relationship-based approach, as he truly tries to get to know the people he works with. It’s easy to see his passion for both public speaking and deep one-on-one or small group discussions.
Stephen spends too much of his free time looking up the best restaurants for his next trip, and spends the remainder with friends and family, with a little saved for learning about a few of his favorite topics: physical health and nutrition, psychology, leadership, and personal development.

Josh got his professional start in the accounting/bookkeeping world doing financial reconciliations for small businesses. He then transitioned into a role working for a healthcare practice sales company on the financing end. From there it was a natural progression as he started getting more and more clients outside of the healthcare industry. In July of 2018 he launched his commercial finance brokerage and in October of 2019 he was awarded the Rookie of the Year award at the NACLB conference in Las Vegas. Since then he has continued to grow his brokerage by hiring new employees, and has been asked to speak in several conferences and sit on panels of finance professionals to help business owners grow.
Four Peaks Funding Solutions was founded in July of 2018 and is located in Phoenix, AZ. Since it’s inception as a 1-man shop Four Peaks has grown and now consists of 3 full-time brokers and 2 support staff members. The company specializes in healthcare practice loans, business acquisitions loans, CRE, and working capital loans. Ben Started brokering commercial loans in January of 2018 after attending the Commercial Capital Training Group class. With a background in the public sector and a brief stint in small business ownership, he had minimal finance experience when starting his company, Growth Commercial Capital. Through hard work, dedication and great mentors, Growth Commercial Capital has experienced substantial growth in its first few years of existence. Ben is also a co-founder or a real estate development business in both the residential and commercial space.
