What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations, with the exception of sponsorships, received on or before September 15th will be charged a 10% penalty. All sponsorships are final sales, no refunds will be given
What’s the refund policy?
No refunds will be given after September 15th. You can substitute attendees without a penalty. 10% cancellation penalty will be applied to refund. **No refunds for sponsors**
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your information by logging in to your RegPack Account.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, just let us know you need to make the change!
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No! If you are unable to attend reach out to us to transfer your ticket to a different individual.
When is the exhibit hall open?
- Since this is a virtual platform the exhibit hall will be available at all times.
- We will have set hours to make sure there is some structure, so stay tuned for that information!
Do I get an attendee list?
Yes, but only if you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum Sponsor. Regular broker and lender attendees do not receive the list.
What is included in my ticket/registration?
Registration on our virtual platform, access to recordings of the sessions for 1 year, entrance to the virtual exhibit hall.
What is the dress attire?
Business Mullet: Business on the top and PJ’s on the bottom.
Are my meals included?
Typically we serve breakfast, snacks, lunch, heavy hors devours and lots of drinks, but COVID!
