You’ll receive a link from your sponsor liaison where you’ll be able to register your additional attendee(s) using Eventbrite.

If you need electricity for your booth, make sure you fill out the ‘electricity form’ which you will find in the sponsor portal at www.naclb.org

You can start setting up your booth at 8am on Tuesday, 11/1.  Your booth must be set up by noon, Tuesday, 11/1.

You may start breaking your booth down at 2pm on Thursday, 11/3.  You may not start breaking down before this time.

  • If not, you can use the form above to submit those items. 
  • If you have, it can take the team 5-10 business days to add the logo to the website. If it has been longer than 10 business days please reach out to your sponsor liaison to confirm that your items were received.
